"Commander" Nazrim is a kobold located south of Algaz Station, inside a cave. He is part of the Axis of Awful and appears to be the leader of the kobolds in Loch Modan.
Abilities
Bonk — Bonks an enemy on the head, dealing 150% of normal damage and reducing their chance to Dodge or Parry an attack by 20% for 6 sec.
Dirt Toss — Blinds the target, causing it to wander confused for up to 2 sec.
Tunnel — Tunnels into the earth under the caster, causing him to disappear for 1 sec.

- Nazrim and his quest are a reference to Nazrin from the Touhou bullet-hell shooter games. She is a mouse youkai who leads ordinary mice, and her theme music is called "A Tiny, Tiny, Clever Commander."
