Zskera Vault Keys are found in Forbidden Hoards all over the Forbidden Reach. Use them to open doors in the Zskera Vaults. Additionally, Pathfinder Tacha gives six for free in the one-off quest 
[70] The Keys You Need.
Beyond that, rare-elites and Loot Specialists tend to drop some on successful kills.
Most small treasures around the reach (as spotted with the 
[Reliquary Scroll of Perception]) also have a chance to contain a key.
They can be looted from 
[Sack of Oddities] and are also sold by renown envoys in Morqut Village for 50 
.
