This quest is the reward for escorting the Caravan Mule train safely from Light's Hope Chapel across the main road. You can only get the quest and get the writ signed after protecting the mule train. The train starts out twice per day between 6 and 8 o'clock server time.

Description
Without the help of adventurers, my caravan would have never made it! Scourge were coming out of the woodwork to try and stop us from getting here.
