- Wound Poison IV
- Use: Coats a weapon with poison that lasts for 1 hour.
Each strike has a chance of poisoning the enemy, causing 258 Nature damage and reducing all healing effects used on them by 25% for 15 sec. - Classes: Rogue
- Requires Level 56
Wound Poison IV could previously be crafting using the Rogue Poisons ability.

Patch changes
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
- Hotfix (2010-01-07): The bonus damage rogues gain from attack power for poisons has been decreased.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Redesigned to have its chance to be applied based on the speed of the weapon (frequency-based).
- Hotfix (2009-02-18): Wound Poison now has a PvP duration of 10 seconds.
- Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14):
- No longer stacks, reduces healing by 50%.
- Healing reduction to the target no longer stacks with [Aimed Shot], [Mortal Strike], or [Furious Attacks].
- Hotfix (2007-02-13): Mortal Strike and Wound Poison (rank 4) no longer stack at any rank.
- Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Now causes damage and reduces all healing by 10%, stacks up to 5 times.
- Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Wound Poison now has a new icon (was )
- Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): Stacks up to 20.
- Patch 1.1.0 (2004-11-07): Removed facing requirement.
