Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Redesigned – Empower Flamestrike, dealing up to 200% more damage based on enemies' distance to the center of Flamestrike.
Old: Flamestrike reduces the cast time of Flamestrike by 50% and increases its damage by 30% for 3 sec.
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Now causes [Flamestrike] to reduce the cast time of Flamestrike by 50% and increases its damage by 30% for 3 seconds.
Old: Reduces the cast time of Flamestrike by 1.25 sec, and increases its damage by 20%.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 25 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-01-17):
- World in Flames now reduces the cast time of Flamestrike by 1.25 seconds (was 2 seconds).
- World in Flames now increases the damage of Flamestrike by 20% (was 30%).
