Woodlands Walkers are treants wandering around the Lothalor Woodlands in the Dragonblight.
When mousing over them, you are given the 
icon indicating that you should ask them for their bark. Some will become enraged by your request and attack. Others will happily hand you some and then despawn.
Abilities
Toughen Hide — Increases armor and resistance to magic for 15 sec.
