Abilities

•  Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, reducing their movement speed for 8 sec.
•  Snow Blindness — Blinds an enemy target with snow for 2 sec, inflicting 4250 to 5750 damage. (Heroic mode) Blinds for 3 seconds, 5950 to 8050 damage
