Abilities

Gale — The caster commands the winds to whip nearby enemies knocking them back and inflicting 1 Frost damage every 1 sec. for 12 sec. In addition, the wind creates waves of water that radiate out from the caster. Contact with the waves knocks the player back and inflicts 3 Frost damage.
Raging Torrent — Water surges around the target inflicting Frost damage.
