The Waveshaper Adept is one of the four Pearlfin jinyu that appear during 
[10-35] Bigger Fish to Fry, following the player in order to train in battle. This trainee shows promise in the art of spells, and they wield a staff, which the player gave to them in [10-35] A Perfect Match. They level up when they defeat something.

Abilities
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Ice Lance — Deals Frost damage to an enemy target. Causes triple damage against Frozen targets.
Water Bolt — Hurls a watery bolt at an enemy, inflicting Frost damage.
Wave Crash — Deals Frost damage.
