Waters of Elune is an archaeology quest that grants your group the Waters of Elune buff, increasing all damage done against naga while in the Throne of the Tides.
Description
You've found an unusual fountain; the water glows like moonlight and hums with soft tones. With a Highborne Scroll, and your impressive skill in archaeology, you could decipher the fountain's purpose.

After a few moments, you are able to use the keystone and reveal the secret of the water....
Rewards
The following spell will be cast on you:
Waters of Elune — Coating your weapons and armor in the Waters of Elune confers a 10% bonus damage against the naga. Only active while you remain in The Throne of the Tides.
You will also receive:
- 9 40 (or 16 54 if completed at level 85)
