Popular Pages merge and search

I suggest merging the Popular Pages and Useful Links sections (to save a little space, and since the second only had one link), and to add a link to the internal search page on the main bar.

I don't see the point. Your only adding more clutter without bothering to fix the page. You changed some text and some fonts, big deal. Frankly the Navigation menu sucks. Why some of those links persist is beyond me. It should be aimed at users who will never bother to edit anything.

1. Have you checked to see what links are actually used in the current Selected Article Index?
2. Have you checked to see what links are actually used in the Navigation Bar?
3. Whats the point of a Featured Article if its below the Selected Article Index?
4. Ditch the work PUMP from the navigation menu, change it to Talk. Change village to WOWWIKI talk to make it CLEAR what its about.
5. Internal search should be "Search WOWWIKI" Make it CLEAR
6. Throw the IRC channel info to someplace else, say toolbox
7. Throw the Community Portal link elsewhere, say toolbox

4. The page is called the Village pump, and it's a standard name on wikis.

6. I can't move things to the infobox, and I don't want to create yet more boxes (which just make the bar longer)
