Beta key already claimed
Hey, I won a beta key, but when I went to activate it, I got a message saying the key was already claimed. Any chance I can get a new one? Thanks Googen (talk) 23:25, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
E-mail authentication code issues
I have entered the contest, but I am currently receiving issues with the confirmation code needed to authenticate my e-mail address, I tried to get it 4 times by now and still it doesn't reach the mailbox.

- I've recently changed/confirmed my Wowpedia email address; the confirmation mail seemed to arrive within a minute or so -- sending those emails probably works on our side. I can't offer you any specific advice other than to double check your spam filtering. Should you win, and still be unable to confirm your email address, we can figure some alternative way to deliver the key.

No sign of any e-mails from WoWPedia so far, they seem to vanish into thin air, despite enabling e-mails in the Preferences. I've checked the spam folder in my inbox, nothing in there. My e-mail provider is Vodafone NZ, and their spam control appears not to be adjustable. Deepred (talk) 06:37, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
