Declassifying as a project

This is an inactive Warcraft Wiki Project.

Wowpedia:Interface customization was originally created as a project to coordinate the editing of API articles throughout the wiki.
In practice, however, most contributors coordinate their edits through other means like Discord. This activity is still happening, but not in the way envisioned by WP:Projects.
As such, this "inactive banner" is here, on the talk page, to ensure proper categorization and show that historically the page was a project page. The inactive banner is not on the main page, to avoid giving the users a false impression that interface customization is not still being maintained -- it is, and the main page is still a splash screen linked by our home page and the top navigation bar for that purpose!
