- Use: Summons a personal portal directly to your Warband Bank, allowing withdrawals and deposits for 10 min.
Warband Bank Distance Inhibitor was a quest reward from 
[20-70] Warbands: Spacetime is Money. It summons the Warband Bank Convergence, allowing access to the Warband Bank.
During The War Within beta, it was an achievement reward from 
[Dynamic Duo] and later from the quest. The quest would then get changed to just providing the spell itself with the live release.
