Vortex of Longing is an unbound water elemental located in Abyssal Breach at Abyssal Depths.
Abilities
Attraction — Pull in all enemies within 50 yards.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
Seaswell — Strikes an enemy with a watery bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing Frost damage to each. Damage increases with each jump.
Summon Vortex — Hold the target in place, stunning them and dealing Frost damage every 1 sec.- Water Bolt — Hurls a watery bolt at an enemy, inflicting Frost damage.
