Virulent Imps are imps that originally appeared in Legion Invasions and are now found on the Broken Shore and the other areas of the Broken Isles during Legion Assaults.
Abilities
Infected — Inflicts Nature damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.
Sickening Strike — Swipe your enemies with disease-ridden claws, inflicting Nature damage and causing additional Nature damage over time.
