The Vial of Dire Water is obtained by going west, at the first junction in Eldreth Row, outside the Dire Maul instance in Feralas. This will also complete part of the quest chain to enable Alliance players to obtain the 
[Crystal of Zin-Malor]. The pool is guarded by two Level 53 ogres, which were elite until patch 2.3. For some players pool may be invisible, but you can "bump" into it—it's in the dead end, and the 
[Empty Water Vial] still can be filled from it.
