While the area is present in-game, it can't be accessed by normal means.
The Verdant Fields are found within the unreleased Emerald Dream zone. The area contains nothing but hills and flowers as far as the eye can see. The flowers act like windmills, with petals that rotate. A few rivers are scattered in the central area, going from northwest to southeast and emptying into a curved lake.
