Varashian Vilefangs are hydras located in the Writhing Mire in the Spires of Arak. Several of them are seen dead.
Abilities
Bite — The caster lashes out in front of them, inflicting Physical damage to all enemies within 15 yards in front of them.
Tail — The caster lashes out with their tail, inflicting physical damage and knocking back any players caught behind them.
Vile Blood — Hydras all have blood that is toxic to their enemies.
Vile Breath — The caster expels vile poison in a cone 12 yards long for 3 sec. Enemies caught in the cone suffer Nature damage every 0.5 seconds.
