Valuator Simmons is a gladiator overseeing the combat training of Sharpeye Stanley, Erak Steelsinger, and Trainee Thayer in the cave in the southern end of the Seat of the Primus.
Trivia
- All four of the aforementioned NPCs are named after members of the American rock band Kiss. Valuator Simmons is named after the vocalist and bassist Gene Simmons.
