Sorry I don't know how to send a message to you - but if this is right - I'll tell you right over. At BlizzCon, when they presented Pandaria, I went up quickly after the show and asked about playable races. I don't know who this guy answered was - he was bald, with pale skin and I think green eyes? Can't remember eye color. However, he said that they had discussed Mogu as a playable race for Horde and Pandaren for Alliance, then since people asked about a neutral faction, they implemented neutral instead. They still had thoughts about this - since they were unsure about Pandaren neutral. However, he - the bald man - gone away soon and I went home. - SargerasBL
