Template

I reverted your changes to the template because these pages largely already had appropriate categorization on them. --Pcj (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 16:16, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

Why? Haven't you seen a categories - "Warcraft III melee human units", "Warcraft III melee neutral units", "Warcraft III melee night elf units", "Warcraft III melee orc units", "Warcraft III melee undead units"? Why i cant sort units on them like this? (sry for bad english i'm poor in it) --Askarmuk (talk) 16:19, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
Those categories were already on the pages the template was being applied to. --Pcj (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 16:21, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
1st - look at them: 111, 222, 333, 444, 555 - they are almost empty (last is an exception). --Askarmuk (talk) 16:28, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
2nd - in all melee units's articles there is one unnecessary wider category - Category:Warcraft III melee units. My 1st wish was to remove it and replace it with right one (see above). Could you make me to remove it? --Askarmuk (talk) 16:28, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
That would explain it, I only looked at human units. You should make the various categories subcategories of the melee units category and remove the "melee units" parent category from the individual pages. --Pcj (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 16:45, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
Ok i'll do my best. --Askarmuk (talk) 16:50, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

Can i ask 1 more question? Must hight/blood elves and dwarves consider as humans? Maybe it is better to make one category for all Alliance units (like i did - Category:Warcraft III melee Alliance units), maybe its better make more subcategories (Category:Warcraft III melee dwarves, Category:Warcraft III melee hight elves, etc) or maybe we must do nothing? --Askarmuk (talk) 16:58, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

I'm canceling this question because i found that eng version of WC3 talk much about human than Aliance in general. Thank you for talking. --Askarmuk (talk) 17:13, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

Warcraft III

Hey, I see you're interested on working at the W3 articles. You should give this a look: User:Sandwichman2448/RTS units project, it's a project to work on it together. If you have any suggestion for the project, feel free to post there so all the members read about it.

To join, just open a new section at the talk page: User talk:Sandwichman2448/RTS units project.

No matter it seems inactive, I'm going to add some new topic soon :P.--Lon-ami (talk) 11:22, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

OK. I'll try to make some help. Just in case - my english is not very good :) --Askarmuk (talk) 11:26, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Doesn't matter, you'll be fine if you're only organizing and not writing extensive paragraphs. Any help is welcomed, and so far, you're doing a nice work (pandaren brewmaster, pit lord, etc).--Lon-ami (talk) 16:33, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
I am open to the idea of revitalizing work on the RTS series. Any ideas towards an ideal (in theory, for now) final goal?--SWM2448 20:37, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Hmm... Some time ago i thought about pop-ups for wc3-related objects like for WOW achievements, abilities, items, quests, etc. I think you know what i'm talking about, for example see the page Patch 4.0.6 - there are a lot of such links on it. --Askarmuk (talk) 21:18, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
And of course it will be good to see a good wc3-encyclopedia in wowpedia. --Askarmuk (talk) 21:18, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
I say lets finish what we have, there's tons of empty or unfinished statistics articles.
Personally, I'm remaking heroes, units and buildings pages, or at least trying. Heroes looks pretty good so far: Warcraft III heroes. I'll have to make 2 new images for neutral and campaign heroes (I'm classifying them by class/rank, not by model, so the likes of Jaina and Malfurion don't appear no matter they're different).
Also, there's like 4 pages, and I would like to merge them all into a single one for the description of what a hero is (then we'll have a list for each of the 3 games).--Lon-ami (talk) 21:37, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
