Background

The Temple of Flame is the only 110 5-man Dungeon instance. This it also one of the last few temples within the Firelands. Following the demise of the Fire lord, the Fire elementals look to one of the princes of Ragnaros in order to find a way to counterattack against the mortal world. Should they awaken such a prince, there will be a new war on the horizon, one even greater than before.

Bosses

This Temple's bosses consists of:

  • IconSmall BoundFire.gif Incendus - One of the more stronger fire elementals, Incendus guards the gate into the Temple. He has silently witnessed the invasion of Sulfuron Keep and the defeat of his lord Ragnaros. Since then, he has sworn to himself and to all Fire elementals that such an attempt on the prince will never come to pass.
  • IconSmall AscendantFire.gif Pyross Searrender - A former Mage of Stormwind, Carl Harrison's dangerous power has caused him to become exiled from his home. Although heartbroken, he has sought a way to become stronger and during his travels, he has personally met the late Ragnaros, who has granted him untold power in turn for his loyalty. Now he is known as Pyross Searrender, who no longer hesitates to incinerate his foes.
  • IconSmall Scorpion.gif Keralim - A massive fire scorpion said to have been raised by Shannox, this powerful beast resides within the Courtyard of Heat. She awaits outsiders and the moment she engages in combat, Keralim does not stop until all foes are destroyed.
  • IconSmall Atramedes.gif Volcaneus - A powerful creature said to have been created from the fiery volcanoes of the Firelands. Volcaneus spends most of his time near the fiery places of the region, drinking from the liquid magma which has caused cracks of lava around his body.
  • IconSmall Fire.gif Baron Geddon - After being banished back to thefiery lands, Baron Geddon has journeyed to the Temple of Flame to regain his power in order to "return the favor" to those defending the mountain. He is currently in a stasis to quietly rejuvenate but should any invasion occur at that time, Geddon will forcefully free himself to do away with his enemies.
  • IconSmall FireLord.gif Prince Merogath - One of the few princes of Ragnaros, Merogath has been in his fiery slumber for several years. He is still conscious and has been observing the mortal world grow stronger. Merogath has been preparing himself to take on the mortal heroes should the need arise. However, not even Merogath's personal guard dares disturb him, for they might suffer his wrath without pause.
