Storm Soldier Kyun-Dao is the seventh boss of the Palace of the Risen Emperor. He garners his strength upon his mighty overlook platform. He leads the Stormbound Mogu into battle.
Background
Formerly a master assassin of the Thunder King, Kyun-Dao completed countless assassination mission for the Mogu without as much as scratch on him. When the Thunder King returned, he blessed this devious assailant with the power of the storms. Bristling with impressive power, Kyun-Dao has been gifted with the task of leading the rest of the Stormbound Mogu into war against those who would attempt to fight the Thunder King. Now a Storm Soldier in his own right, Kyun-Dao seeks to use his new powers to send fatal shocks surging throughout his enemies.
Encounter Abilities
Storm Soldier Kyun-Dao guards the overlook electrifying himself with the power of his Storm Pillars. He begins combat with 100 Electricity and loses it over time. Upon reaching 0 Electricity, he goes into an Electric Regeneration state that Energizes all of his abilities and restores his Electricity over 1 minute. Players can interact with either Storm Pillar to Energize Kyun-Dao, granting him 20 Electricity and an additional ability based on the type of Pillar used to energize him. Outside of Electric Regeneration, interacting with a Storm Pillar will energize Kyun-Dao for 30 seconds. 
Each time a Pillar energizes Kyun-Dao, he gains a 10% increase to his damage.
Devastation 
— Storm Soldier Kyun-Dao will release a terrifying burst of energy that instantly kills all players. He uses this ability if he is not defeated within 9 minutes. 5 sec cast. Will strike players through immunity effects.
Darkstorm Pillar
This pillar, when interacted with, energizes Kyun-Dao and grants him an offensive ability to use for the remainder of the encounter. Each time the Darkstorm Pillar is interacted with, Kyun-Dao gains an ability up until he has a total of 3 offensive abilities.
Lightning Ray 
— Kyun-Dao gains the ability to fire a blast of concentrated energy before him. Inflicts up to 300,000 (LFR: 100,000 /: 625,000) Nature damage to enemies in a line 30 yards away. Damage is reduced as the line of electricity extends forward. When Energized, Kyun-Dao fires an additional line of electricity before him in a random direction. 1.25 sec cast. 22 second cooldown. 25-man: Kyun-Dao fires 3 lines of lightning with each use of Lightning Ray. : Lightning Ray will leave behind electrified lines for 30 seconds, continuing to damage players within the affected area.
Static Strikes 
— Kyun-Dao gains the ability to infuse his weapons with crackling energy. His melee attacks instead deal Nature damage and slowly overwhelm the target with 120,000 (LFR: 60,000 /: 255,000) Nature damage over 3 seconds per stack. When Energized, Kyun-Dao will instead inflict a 350,000 (LFR: 175,000 /: 700,000) Nature damage in a 6-yard radius directed towards his target.
Shock Stomp — Kyun-Dao gains the ability to viciously stomp the ground beneath him, releasing an explosive burst of electricity that strikes all players within 15 yards for 1,200,000 (: 2,450,000) Nature damage divided amongst all players within the blast. 25-man: Inflicts 4,500,000 (LFR: 1,000,000 /: 9,700,000) Nature damage to all players within 15 yards, splitting the damage between all players within the blast. When Energized, Kyun-Dao will leap at a targeted location with each use of Shock Stomp. 1 sec cast. 40 second cooldown.
Wrathstorm Pillar
This pillar, when interacted with, energizes Kyun-Dao and grants him a defensive ability to use for the remainder of the encounter. Each time the Wrathstorm Pillar is interacted with, Kyun-Dao gains an ability up until he has a total of 3 defensive abilities.
Thunder Shield 
— Kyun-Dao gains the ability to empower his defenses, causing all forms of attacks against him to fire a high-powered orb of lightning at the attacker, dealing 250,000 (LFR: 125,000 /: 500,000) Nature damage. Contains 15 (: 45) charges. When Energized, Kyun-Dao will periodically fire an orb towards a random player every 3 seconds for 300,000 (LFR: 150,000 /: 600,000) Nature damage. 25 second cooldown.
Barrier of Storms 
— Kyun-Dao gains the ability to surround himself with the storms of Lei Shen, absorbing 90% of all damage up to a maximum amount of 7,000,000 (: 15,000,000) damage absorbed. 25-man: Absorbed 90% of all damage up to a maximum amount of 24,000,000 (LFR: 2,500,000 /: 40,000,000) damage absorbed. When Energized, Kyun-Dao will also restore 2% (: 5%) of his maximum health every 3 seconds while the barrier is active. 25 second cooldown.
Static Shift — Kyun-Dao gains the ability to control the energy used to benefit his target. Lasting for 40 seconds, all healing applied to the affected player will be tripled and instead affects Kyun-Dao himself. In addition, all damage dealt to Kyun-Dao will be redirected to the affected player. When Energized, Kyun-Dao will apply Static Shift to 2 (25-man: 4) additional targets, causing healing applied to those players to also affect Kyun-Dao for 40 seconds. 2 sec cast. 25 second cooldown. : Static Shift is applied to all players and when Energized, will deal 10% of their health in damage every 3 seconds.
Phase One: By The Storms of Lei Shen!
Kyun-Dao assaults his enemies with a small arsenal of abilities until he is drained of his Electricity.
Phase Two: Embrace Storms Unrelenting!
Upon being drained of his Electricity, Kyun-Dao goes for his Pillars, absorbing power from both and Energizing his abilities. He will restore his Electricity over 1 minute at which he focus his attention on his enemies again. At this point, players cannot interact with the Pillars until Kyun-Dao leaves his Electric Regeneration state.
