The Vile Hold.
Background
The necropolis Malykriss was masterminded by the fallen Lich King Arthas Menethil, a vessel forged of saronite, the metalized blood of Yogg-Saron. It was never employed before his death, though none know why, for it was completed even before the siege of Icecrown Citadel began.
The Twilight Cult seized the floating fortress and used it as a mobile base of operations in the depths of Azeroth's underworld. When the cult assaulted the lower vaults of Icecrown Citadel and captured the corpse of Arthas, the true purpose of the necropolis began to unfold.
The necropolis, forged of an Old God's blood, had acted as a vessel for the disembodied spirit of Yogg-Saron, keeping it from degenerating into lesser corruption. With the body of Arthas in the hands of the Twilight Cult, the essence of Yogg-Saron now has a new vessel.
