Interests

I have a background in software design, specializing in Windows Servers and Linux. I'm currently a Team Supervisor in Customer Support and I love every minute of my job! I help manage some of the best Top Performing agents around!

I try to play WoW whenever possible, but that time is limited because of work stuff.

My Projects

I currently assist in cleaning up the Wiki. My focus is currently on wikifying, spelling and grammatical errors, sentence structure, etc. The bot I use is not fully automated, but I do have an automated bot in the works that will make these corrections automatically once I fine-tune the detection stuff!
