Arransa is a level 27 wilderness spirit in the form of a storm crow. He roams the forests of Ashenvale. You can normally find him sitting on some old night elf ruins in the northern end of Falfarren River.
Like Ursangous and Shadumbra, he cannot be tamed by hunters.
