Unseen Predator's Cloak can drop from dungeon, raid, world bosses, rare elites on the Broken Isles and Argus, and Commanders at Invasion Points. The item is also found in world quest caches, PvP strongboxes, Mythic+ weekly caches, and 
[Blingtron 6000 Gift Package]. Lastly, it can also be discovered by using a Relinquished token purchased from Thaumaturge Vashreen.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2017-06-14): Unseen Predator's Cloak will now correctly increase the Critical Strike chance of Cobra Spit (Spitting Cobra talent) and the Critical Strike chance of the periodic damage from On The Trail (Artifact Trait). - Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Added.
