The Unmarked Grave is located in Silverpine Forest, slightly south of Pyrewood Village at the foot of the path up to Shadowfang Keep.
It is the grave of Archmage Arugal shown resurrected by the San'layn princes Keleseth, Valanar, Theraldis and Atherann in 
[15-30] Out of Body Experience at the behest of the Lich King.
