Unliving Residents are the ghosts of former villagers living in the small settlement below Karazhan in Deadwind Pass. They are level 69 - 70 and also inhabit the Master's Cellar below the village.
Since the Burning Legion's third invasion and the attack on Karazhan, the ghosts has been killed.
Abilities
Kick — Kicks an enemy dealing damage and interrupting the spell being cast for 6 sec.
Sunder Armor — Hacks at an enemy's armor, reducing it per application of Sunder Armor. Can be applied up to 5 times. Lasts 20 sec.
Notes
- Unlike the other ghosts and wraiths near Karazhan, these do not drop
[Ghostly Essence].
