This version of the Uniting the Isles quest is automatically given by Archmage Khadgar when you reach level 45, provided you have already completed 
[45] Uniting the Isles on another character. Completing it unlocks Legion World Quests.
Objectives
Speak to Archmage Khadgar in Dalaran.
Description
There are a great number of factions here on the Broken Isles. We must unite them if we want to stand a chance against the Legion. Prove your worth to them and report back to me.
