The Undead Pillagers were a faction within the undead Scourge during the Third War in Northrend. The Hearthglen villagers that transformed into zombies were a part of the faction.[1]
One group was attacking a dwarven expedition. With the help of Arthas and his men from Lordaeron, Muradin and his dwarves destroyed the base.[2] A second group was attacking Arthas's base camp during the attack on Mal'Ganis.[3]
Notes
- When the optional mission of March of the Scourge is not completed, Undead Pillagers become another enemy faction.
