Patch changes

Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Ultimate Sacrifice now causes [Blessing of Sacrifice] to last 6 seconds in addition to its existing effects.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 25 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-01-30):
- Ultimate Sacrifice will now properly no longer cancel when the Paladin is under 20% health.
- Ultimate Sacrifice will now be removed from the target if the Paladin dies while active.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10):
- No longer cancels based on the Paladin's health.
- Damage transfer periodic is now 4 seconds (was 12 seconds).
