Uglaz was a character from the canceled Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans. He was one of the orcs who made a pact with Lieutenant Blackmoore along with Rend and Maim. He appeared near the end of the game, presenting Grommash Hellscream as a captive to Blackmoore.
Since he was an underling of Rend and Maim, he was presumably a member of the Black Tooth Grin clan as well.
