- Use: Summons an Ub3r-Construct to assist the caster for 20 seconds. If no Ub3r-Construct is specified, a random one will appear. (15 Min Cooldown)
- Enables the engineer to craft Ub3r-Constructs.
- Requires Level 50
- Requires Kul Tiran Engineering / Zandalari Engineering (150)
The Ub3r-Spanner is created with Zandalari Engineering and Kul Tiran Engineering. It is learned via a quest line which becomes available with 150 skill. Layla Evenkeel offers the initial quest for the Alliance, and Shuga Blastcaps offers it for the Horde.
Aside from creating Ub3r-Constructs, it can also replace the 
[Arclight Spanner] used for older creations.
