Twilight Siege Captains are human captains of the Twilight's Hammer found in Dragon Soul, they can be seen in groups of four creating a portal summoning elementals to attack Wyrmrest Temple. After Morchok is killed, they leave as the Twilights Hammer retreats.
Abilities
Twilight Submission — Deals 412 Shadow damage ever second for 8 sec.
Twilight Volley — Inflicts 1509 Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
