Triumphant Turtle Tossing is awarded to players who manage a perfect round of the Ring Toss at the Darkmoon Faire. It awards the 
[Darkmoon Ring-Flinger] toy.
Strategy
The ring-tossing mechanics and pathing of Dubenko changed in Patch 6.1. It is now a bit easier to hit the turtle if players keep the following points in mind:
- The targeting reticle is much smaller
- Dubenko starts at the center of the arena, picks one direction and walks toward it
- After walking far enough, Dubenko sprints back to the center and picks another direction to walk
Tossing the ring has a 2-second cast time, and there's also travel time in the air. The trick is to aim for where Dubenko stops at in the center, don't move the mouse, and click as soon as Dubenko stops walking out and sprints back to the center.
