[Heated Ancient Blade] is plunged into the dead body of Onyxia.
As a quest objective

After heating the 
[Unfired Ancient Blade], you have 20 minutes to stick the Heated Ancient Blade into Onyxia's corpse. Failing to do so will require abandoning and restarting the quest.
