Notes

While swimming toward the bottom, interact with the Dragon Breaths from a distance to be pulled toward them, which gives the Arcane Breath buff and water breathing for a minute. Search the Loose Rubble to loot Handfuls of Rubble. Once they have been collected, head to [50.88, 28.74] and hand them in:
