Description
Greetings, outlander. My name is Urtago, and I am Caretaker Korgran's apprentice at the Mourning Rise memorial site.
The mischievous Candlelit Kobolds have overrun Mourning Rise, and we seek assistance. Would you meet me at Fallside Outpost? It is just to the north of here. I will be able to tell you more once you arrive.
