Tireless Pursuit is a conduit for druids. It drops from Sludgefist in Castle Nathria and Hylbrande in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from

[60] Strengthening the Bond, and 
[60] Strengthening the Bond.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
