Tinker: Arclight Vital Correctors

Tinker: Arclight Vital Correctors is a Tinker, which slots into certain engineering-made equipment similar to a Gem. It allows the equipped player to use the equipment to attempt to perform a combat resurrection on another player. It has a chance to backfire, damaging the user instead. It can be used by non-engineers via one of four Engineering-made wrist armors: [Overengineered Sleeve Extenders] (Cloth), [Needlessly Complex Wristguards] (Leather), [Complicated Cuffs] (Mail), or [Difficult Wrist Protectors] (Plate). These items are Bind on Pickup, so non-engineers must acquire them via Crafting Orders.
