Time-Lost Controllers are arakkoa ghosts located in the Sethekk Halls.
Abilities
Shrink — Reduces an enemy's Strength and Stamina for 2 min.
Summon Charming Totem — Summons a totem that will charm an enemy for 30 sec.
Unstable Affliction — Shadow energy slowly destroys the target. In addition, if the Unstable Affliction is dispelled it will cause damage to the dispeller and silence them for 5 sec. Only one Unstable Affliction or Immolate per Warlock can be active on any one target.

Notes
- This mob has a buff called "Arcane Destruction" which increases spell damage by 150. The magic is stealable by lvl 70 mage skill Spellsteal.
