Abilities
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
Frost Shock — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 8 sec.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Strategy
- Mainly melees.
- Frostbolts for 2600.
- These will AoE Frost Nova players in place which does ~1700 frost damage.
- Frost shock hits for 2300 Frost damage.
- Vulnerable to Stuns.
- These mobs can be both silenced and interrupted.
- These mobs are vulnerable to
[Curse of Tongues].
