The Thundering Stormrider's Attire is the upgraded form of the Stormrider's Attire from the Heroic Edition of The War Within. The Stormrider's Attire is upgraded into the Thundering Stormrider's Attire by completing 
[60-70] The Storm Race Tour which is available only for the 
[Algarian Stormrider] mount.[1]
