Notes

• Spawns a banner with a Thunder Bluff flag at the specified location. It will last for roughly three minutes before despawning.
• This toy shares a cooldown with all other Argent Tournament banners, as well as  [Rustbolt Banner].
• Learning this toy will also teach Alliance characters  [Gnomeregan Banner].
