The Thistleleaf sprites are a group of sprites located in Val'sharah. They cause problems for the locals by capturing and killing faerie dragons and putting Druids of the Fin to sleep in shark-infested waters.[1]
They have been baiting unwary travelers into their groves, by placing what appears to be unguarded treasure right out in the open.[2] When they are bored they ensnare their victims to continue their torment later.[3] Saylanna Riverbreeze speculated that their thorndancers manipulated the other sprites.[4]
