The Thieving Proto Avian is a proto avian circling above northern Provis Esper in Zereth Mortis. It carries a stolen Conduction Remnant in its beak, which the player needs to take from it for 
[60] Remnants of the First Ones. This causes the avian to retaliate with a stun before flying off and disappearing:
Swooped — Unhappy at having its shiny prize taken away. Stuns the target for 2 sec.
