The Winter Veil Gourmet

• During the Feast of Winter Veil, use your culinary expertise to produce a  [Gingerbread Cookie],  [Winter Veil Egg Nog] and  [Hot Apple Cider].

The Winter Veil Gourmet is related to the seasonal world event, the Feast of Winter Veil. Completing this achievement is a criterium for the meta achievement  [Merrymaker]. This achievement requires the player to have the Cooking skill and be able to cook the recipes.

Locations

Two of the three recipes and most of the ingredients are available from Smokywood Pastures vendors in all faction capitals.

The Small Eggs for the  [Recipe: Gingerbread Cookie] drop from various birds under level 20. During the Feast of Winter Veil you can usually buy them in the Auction House at extortionate prices. Note that 5x [Gingerbread Cookie] are needed for  [10-70] Treats for Great-father Winter/ [10-70] Treats for Greatfather Winter.

The  [Recipe: Winter Veil Egg Nog] also requires a  [Small Egg]. The  [Ice Cold Milk] is available from many vendors.

You will receive the  [Recipe: Hot Apple Cider] in the mail after completing one of the Winter Veil quests. All ingredients are available from Smokeywood Pastures vendors. With a requirement of 325 cooking this is the highest level recipe.
