Objectives
Use Laurent's mirror to enter Maldraxxus and recover the Medallion of Dominion from Kel'Thuzad.

Description

This mirror is our entryway into the heart of Maldraxxus.
Together with Kael'thas, we will find Kel'Thuzad and rip the Medallion of Dominion from his undeserving grasp.

Stage 1: Taking the Necropolis

Fight Adept Necromancers in Exoramas to learn where to find Kel'Thuzad.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: Where can I find Kel'Thuzad?
- Adept Necromancer says: Kel'Thu-who? Never heard of him.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: I have no time for this!
- Kael'thas kills the necromancer.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: Tell me where Kel'Thuzad is and I shall spare you.

Stage 2: To the Skies!

- General Draven yells: Maw Walker, report! Have you discovered Kel'Thuzad's location?
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: He hides underground, like the coward he is.
- General Draven says: Then we shall draw him out. But first, we must clear the skies of enemies.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: You should be sufficient for that task, General. I'll scout below.
Ride General Draven to attack the Plaguerocs and Ravenous Galescreamers filling the sky.
- General Draven says: Hold tight!
- General Draven says: I will strike on your command.

Should you wander:
- Return to the skies surrounding the Necropolis.
Stage 3: A Signal From the Ground
- Speak with your allies on the ground about how to proceed.
- General Draven says: Kael'thas is signaling us from below. We must land!
- General Draven says: We saw your signal. What have you learned?
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: I have located your army, Draven.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: Kel'Thuzad's liches have turned them to stone.
Stage 4: Reanimating Your Allies
- Destroy necrotic crytals to reanimate your allies.
- Allies reanimated (12)
- General Draven says: We cannot proceed without the support of the stoneborn.
- General Draven says: Maw Walker, take the blood elf and destroy the crystals that drain their anima. I will continue to patrol the skies.
Destroy Anima Crystals to free the stoneborn.
Stage 5: United in Battle
Help your allies defeat the Maw Infernous.
- Maw Infernous slain
- Kel'Thuzad says: You are too late! The way open!
- Kel'Thuzad summons the Maw Infernous.
- Kel'Thuzad says: Destroy these meddlers!
- The Maw Infernous destroys the Maldraxxi forces.
- Alexandros Mograine says: That beast is incinerating our force! We'll be overrun!
- Baroness Draka says: Necrolords, hold your ground! We will not fail Maldraxxus!
- Draka, Mograine, and their forces charge the Infernus. Draven suddenly flies in and strikes, stunning it.
- General Draven says: Hail, baroness. Revendreth stands with you!
- General Draven yells: Our allies cannot face that monstrosity alone. We must lend them our aid!
- Entering combat
- General Draven yells: Maw Walker! I will weaken the beast on your command!
- General Draven says: Baroness Draka! It looks like you need reinforcements!
- Baroness Draka says: We could have used them a bit earlier as well.
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: That's one way to thank us.
- General Draven says: Silence, Kael'thas.

Final Stage: The Medallion of Dominion
- Recover the Medallion of Dominion from Kel'Thuzad
- General Draven yells: Enough with these distractions! We will not be deterred.
- General Draven says: Now is the time to strike! We must take the fight to Kel'Thuzad.
- Kael'thas and Baroness Vashj depart through a portal.
Talk to General Draven to fly back to Exoramas.
- Kel'Thuzad says: What an impressive gathering. So many courageous champions. I am truly honored.
- Kel'Thuzad says: Why Prince Kael'thas, is that you? I never did properly thank you for the use of your Sunwell.
- Baroness Draka yells: Enough! Kel'Thuzad, you have defied the laws of the Primus and conspired to bring ruin upon Maldraxxus. Surrender, or be destroyed.
- Kel'Thuzad says: Fools! It was all too easy to sow chaos and discord within your squabbling houses.
- Kel'Thuzad says: The Jailer's plan unfolds exactly as intended. A pity you will not see it come to fruition.
All the heroes have gossip.

Stop bothering me. Our efforts are better served hunting down Kel'Thuzad.
- Balmedar
The time has come. The events we have set in motion cannot be stopped.

- Balmedar says: Kel'Thuzad is siphoning power from Margrave Sin'dane!
- Balmedar says: Weaken him so I might use the staff to release her!
- Engaging Kel'Thuzad in combat
- Kel'Thuzad yells: Minions! Destroy these meddlers!
- Soldiers of the Frozen Wastes attack the player.
- Defeating Kel'Thuzad
- Kel'Thuzad says: Interlopers! You will not escape your fate!
- Balmedar says: We are not the ones you need to fear, Kel'Thuzad!
- Balmedar places the staff in Margrave Sin'dane's hands. She breaks free of her icy prison and strikes Kel'Thuzad.
- Margrave Sin'dane says: Your cause is lost, usurper!
- Margrave Sin'dane says: Now you answer for your crime against Maldraxxus... and against me.
- Kel'Thuzad says: Foolish margrave. Your victory is a hollow one.
- Kael'thas begins channeling a spell, but General Draven steps in front of him and tears the Medallion of Dominion off of Kel'Thuzad's chest.
- General Draven says: The medallion is ours. Let us return to Revendreth.
- Kael'thas Sunstriders says: What?! We cannot simply leave! Not while Kel'Thuzad yet lives. I will have vengeance for Silvermoon!
- General Draven says: His fate is not yours to decide.
- A portal opens from the Maw, and several Mawsworn Kyrian emerge. They surround Kel'Thuzad.
- Mawsworn Kyrian says: Come, lich. The Banished One calls you to his side.
- The Kyrian drag Kel'Thuzad through the portal, which closes behind them.
- On quest turn-in
- The Accuser and the Curator arrive.
- The Accuser says: Will it be enough? We do not yet possess all of the medallions.
- Prince Renathal holds the Medallion of Dominion, and Denathrius's voice issues from it.
- Sire Denathrius says: Renathal...
- Sire Denathrius says: You know my power. Embrace it. Be one with me... again.
- The Accuser says: Yes, Prince Renathal. You do know him. And what his lust for power made him become.
- Prince Renathal says: Yes... You are right. I cannot wield such power. But we can.
- Renathal places the medallion in its socket.
- Prince Renathal says: The time of Sires is over. Revendreth no longer serves a Master, but a Court.
- After the quest is complete and talking to Kael'thas
- Draven calls ME arrogant! Yet if that stoneborn oaf had heeded my warnings about Kel'Thuzad, we would have destroyed the lich! Instead, our enemy now stands at the Jailer's side.
- <The rage in the blood elf's eyes seems to ebb.>
- I see now that I made mistakes.
- Perhaps, in time, I could atone for them.
- Yet I would gladly trade my own redemption to claim vengeance for my people. For those who died because Kel'Thuzad--
